create spaces from diagram does not work
A simple rectangle gets created in sketchup but when I use a complex plan the plugin tool fails. My shaded 2d spaces are deleted and only wire frame plan boundary remains. There is no 3d space selection created.

Your shaded surfaces should not be deleted, but are just added to group and moved to a SketchUp layer that is turned off. If you open the ruby interpreter and then create spaces from diagram, do you see any errors show up? Is there anything unique about the complex plan? Was it made in SketchUp using drawing tools or was it made imported from another CAD tool? Are all of the surfaces loose 'un-grouped' surfaces?
