I am trying to use Openstudio 2.2 and/or Sketchup 2017 in Windows 10, and I get access problems when tool tries to access to Temp folder.

I discovered (I think) it happens because my name has special characters (ñ, á, ó...). I created other user without strange characters, and I can open and use Openstudio.

Do anyone have an idea about what could I do to use Openstudio in my user count?
