How can a double skin facade be modeled with plants inside

I have investigated my thesis into design of a double skin facade which uses some special plants inside its cavity for indoor air purification. We have no air transition between indoor space and out. Indoor air will be coerced to enter the cavity and after being purified by plants, it will be conveyed back to the zone.

Does anyone know how to create a computer model ?

I have tried Design Builder, though I haven't reach to a concrete result yet.

My two cents on this is that your not going to find a simple, ready to click, solution. But really you need to think about what it is that you want to model.

If you want to model the heat exchange between the zone and the cavity, you can do that using ZoneMixing or Airflow Network.

If you want to model the air purification, I'm not sure how you'd do that exactly but I'd look at the ZoneContaminantXXXX objects such as the ZoneContaminantSourceAndSink:CarbonDioxide
