Is there any possibility of importing en entire HVAC system from an .idf file to OpenStudio? Maybe with measures?
There is no automated HVAC import to OpenStudio yet, but it can be done with measures. See this response for an example measure which imports chillers from the EnergyPlus DataSets file Chillers.idf.

While it is certainly possible to implement "reverse translators" for IDF to OSM conversion, it is a very complex task and is not a high priority for DOE. The development team is for more focused on improving the coverage and robustness of forward translation to EnergyPlus and other simulation engines, and enabling the rapid creation of new user interfaces for them. I will update this answer and the OpenStudio development roadmap if that priority changes, but there are no plans to create that functionality at this time.

If OpenStudio supports the HVAC systems you are interested in, it will be much easier to use a Measure to build the same HVAC system up rather than trying to write an IDF importer. This is based on my personal experience with both approaches.
