Cannot find BCL menu tab in sketchup

Hi, I'm having an issue in getting templates downloaded from BCL using SketchUp. I'm attaching a screenshot which shows im missing a menu option. It will be great if anyone can tell me how to fix it image description

There is no longer direct BCL access in the OpenStudio SketchUp plugin, however the On Demand Template Generate that used to require BCL should now be added locally. It is two items down on the menu of your screenshot. Weather files which used to be added in SketchUp via BCL should now be added in the OpenStudio application.
