Curve Fit Tool - Press To Generate Curve Problem
When I run the ManageCurveFit Macro nothing happens. All of the coefficients are "000000". Any ideas? I made sure to enable Macros and adjusted the Trust Center Settings and still nothing happens.
This is true on both the downloaded version with E+ 8.7.0 and the CurveFit Improved version.

I think this can happen if your performance data does not contain enough variation, i.e. one or more of the independent variables are constant.
I have the chilled water supply temperature entered as the independent variable 1 and it is constant as that is how the rating was done. The condenser water inlet temperature varies.
That's the reason then. The curve fits require variation in the independent variables, see the INSTRUCTION sheet for examples. I've also found that the performance data I get from designers often has constant CHW temps, which doesn't allow for generating the curve coefficients.
