Does anyone know how to use the Openstudio-Beopt measures in Optimization mode for retrofits? Also, does the Openstudio-Beopt project have NREM database costs in the output? I can't seem to find them. I can't even find the cost info for replacement at wear-out like I normally get in Beopt when I run a simulation to see the predicted energy use for an existing house.
