template for high-rise residential apartment
I am trying to model a high-rise residential apartment. Could you please suggest me what template to use, and where to get it from? Thanks.

The Create DOE Prototype Building measure has a "HighriseApartment" building type. You could use that as a starting point or you can use the SpaceType and Construction Set Wizard if you just want to generate space types and constructions, but not geometry and HVAC.

I tried this measure and found its currently not working for the high rise apartment (pre 1980).
@Hayes Zimhelt, while the DOE commercial Prototypes have High-rise Apartment, older vintages in the DOE commercial Reference buildings do not. Note that Mid-rise Apartment is in both the prototype and reference models. Unfortunately measures (unless in a custom solution) don't support cascading arguments, where the value for argument "a" is used to populate choice for argument "b".
It would be nice for DOE to backfill this at some point and we could provide a better user facing message. Not that there are other changes between reference and prototypes in some building types. For example I believe older large office buildings may not have a data center, while newer ones do.
