I tried to import schedules and schedule sets in OpenStudio, but it always ended up in a corrupted file that forced me to reload. Below is the screenshot error. Is there a way to avoid this error?
You should be able to go to "File->Load Library" and choose and OSM file. Then on the "Schedule Sets" or "Schedules" tab you can click on the "Library" tab (next to "My Model"). From there you can drag schedule sets or schedules in to your model. This worked for me in my limited testing, if you are having trouble with that workflow then I wonder if it is an issue related to your specific OSM not seen in the ones I am testing? If you don't mind sending the file you are importing from to OpenStudio@nrel.gov along with the name of the schedule you are trying to import we'll take a look.

This is a problem that I encountered in my class. The students are working on a group project, so each of them is working on a different part of the model (geometry, schedules, space types, etc). We tried to combine all the pieces through OpenStudio Plugin in SketchUp. Apparently this does not work.
To replicate the problem is easy. Simply create two models using two different templates (one office and one school, for example). You can create a single space/zone in it. And then try to import schedule from one of the files.
Glad that worked. To clarify, your workflow was to use the import schedule feature of the SketchUp plug-in to bring in the schedules, then the resulting OSM could not be opened in the OpenStudio Application?
Yes, that is correct. The resulting OSM can be opened in OS App, but at some point (I think when you click on the schedule tab) it will force to relaunch.

Where are you importing your schedules from?
From another OSM file.
@Ery Djunaedy, do you see the same issue if you directly open the file you are importing from? I assume you would. Is it just the Activity schedule, or does this happen for other schedules as well. I did test the "Retail.osm" file that ships with OpenStudio, and it seems fine.
If it is just the activity schedule, that is typically a flat profile and would be quicker to re-generate than to fix.
