Kind of a tricky situation: a project on Seychelles which is actually one big mountain. A weather file is from the point in a hill - the international airport. This airport is affected by the shadow from the mountain - it is clearly seen from the weather file. The project is in another location on the island, affected by the same mountain but different way, as we see e.g. on Google Earth. The question is - how to correctly calculate solar radiation?
