failed to launch open studio

hi, everyone. I am a new one and recently encountered a problem in using Sketchup and open studio. It is like this:

I finished my geometry setting and click "launch open studio" iron, but no action. I closed all other applications and tried many time, but still not any action.

Can anyone help me? Really appreciate that.

Not sure why the OSM isn't opening. Can you let me know what version of OpenStudio you are using, and what operating system. On Mac this has had issues at time, but you can always manually save the OSM file in the SketchUp Plugin, then launch the OpenStudio application and manually load the OSM.

Thanks for your time. i am using: opensudio2.1.0; Operating system: OS X Yosemite 10.10.5; Sketchup: 2017 make; EnergyPlus:8.7.0; everytime i click "launch open studio", there is no action. i cant enter into open studio interface.

You can open the OpenStudio application directly. On Windows, it can be found at C:\openstudio-2.1.0\bin\OpenStudioApp.exe
