OS Radiance w/PAT write access error

I am running the Radiance measure with the PAT in OS. Everything has been working fine but then I recently had a few runs fail with the below error. All the other runs that were going at the same time went through fine. Only a few had the below error. One time I reran one of the failed runs and it completed fine.

Well, that's fun! Looks like the window group merge is occasionally stepping on itself. It's not supposed to. Could you post or send me your osm?

Updated (3-28-17): Problem is the merge_count function kinda-sorta (well, exactly) ignores the Windows case. Looks like we have arrived at the point where the can (that I kicked down the road) has stopped rolling. Stay tuned.

Updated (4-6-17): OK, we now have this merge thing working ok on Windows, and we squashed a couple other issues as well. This was tested on your model specifically @Determinant, as well as a couple generic ones, on Mac and Windows, on the latest OpenStudio version (2.1.0). I encourage you to try this latest version of OpenStudio out, and the updated measure now lives here: https://bcl.nrel.gov/node/84186.

Is there any progress on this issue? About 1 in 5 runs fails right before it ends with this bug...for the number and detail of runs I'm doing, that means an extra 3 hours of re-runs.

Thank you for uploading your model! Sorry we have not had time to look at this one yet. Are you having these frequent issues with this specific model, or in general? Same hardware? What version of PAT?

@Determinant, please post a link to an archive of your project (model.osm and measures), and I will troubleshoot this in PAT 2.x.

The problem has occurred for variations of the same model, same hardware, PAT 1.11.0. This is (probably way) pre-PAT 2.x so maybe SOL. Have had a large/complex project to complete so didn't like the time/risk of updating to 2.x. Either way, is there a way I can email them directly to you. Don't want to post clients data.
