** Severe ** SetOutBulbTempAt: Surface Outdoor Temperatures < -100 C

I got the following error message that I hadn't seen before:

* Severe * SetOutBulbTempAt: Surface Outdoor Temperatures < -100 C * ~~~ * ...check Surface Heights - Maximum Surface Height=[226578]. * ~~~ * ...according to your maximum Z height, your building is somewhere in the Stratosphere. * Fatal * Program terminates due to preceding condition(s).

Any suggestions for debugging this error in either OpenStudio or EnergyPlus?

This error seems to be caused by very small surfaces (ref: EnergyPlus Support). In OpenStudio 1.5.0 I was able to fix the error in the SketchUp Plugin by running the OSM Diagnostic Script and removing objects with both errors and warnings.

Plugins > OpenStudio User Scripts > Reports > OSM Diagnostic Script
