I have installed and re-installed Equest 3.65 a few times on my Windows 10 machine. I cannot get the refrigeration portion of the install to open.
When I click on eQRefrig.exe, I get an unable to load DOESimR.dll error. I am an administrator and using a local account. Using eQUEST.exe seems to work fine.

DOE-2 Simulation DLL Error.
Unable to load library
C:\Program Files (x86)\eQuest 3-65-7175\DOESimR.dllfailed with error 8: Not enough memory resources are available to process this command.
One doesn't expect modern software to have memory issues, but I wonder if it may actually be something to do with memory. Although clearly my machine has plenty of RAM, this thread suggests that some other (but not all) 32-bit programs have encountered similar problems (eQuest is 32-bit). If my task manager shows that I am using more than about 4.5 GB of RAM (or about 2.3 GB per slot), then I have this error. If I close out other programs and try again, success! At least that has worked a couple times for me.
