I've misplaced my BCL Auth Key and am having trouble accessing the Building Component Library to retrieve it. The link within OpenStudio appears to be dead for me saying that "The specified URL cannot be found." Is there another way to retrieve my BCL Auth Key?

https://bcl.nrel.gov/ server is down for two or three hours every morning. If you have lost your key you can log in to the above mentioned server an retrieve it.
@mapascual this should not be the case. If you are seeing frequent outages please email OpenStudio@nrel.gov so we can address it. Please let us know the date and time that this occurred so we can look at logs.
@mapascual, thanks for sending the email. I was able to confirm that BCL was down and will look into why it is happening.
Thanks for your answer. I am also having problems uploading window os:construction components. They are not published after uploading. I would appreciate if you could have a look at one of them and tell me what is wrong.

I am still seeing the BCL as being down, and has been since about 8 AM EST.
BCL has just gone down now.
