What is the best way to represent steam heating system?

My building receives Steam that goes through heat exchangers in order to warm up Hot water (second loop). This hot water is then used for the heating coils in the Air Handler Units.

The District Heating object is meant to model district heating systems, including steam.

Also OpenStudio supports the input of Steam as the fluid type for a Plant Loop.

Yep, though I believe this has to be done in EnergyPlus - it is not yet in OpenStudio.
