I am trying to connect to a BACnet-enabled Wexcel Thermostat using the BCVTB program in order to read its values. I am getting the error "The specified device with instance number X cannot be found in the network, please check your configuration file and check the network connection." The controller for the thermostat is wired to a JACE through the MSTP port, which is connected to the router through Ethernet. The computer I am using is connected to this router as well through Wi-Fi. Any help would be much appreciated.
