Is there a command line tool or (python) script to create ddy file from weather file?
I was looking through some of the weather files and realized that some locations' ddy file is empty. I wonder if it is possible to generate ddy from epw automatically, i.e. using a command line tool or a piece of script preferably in Python?

Does Elements do this? +1 for python.
There is interest both internally and externally to have Elements do something like this but unfortunately it is a GUI tool only at this moment...
