Transmission losses very low using design builder

I am simulating a single family house with roof the losses are low i compared with calculated results with same u-values. external wall u-value 0.24 and total heating demand for 156m² is only 17kWh/m². what could be the mistake? your help is highly appreciated

Given there are many inputs to a simulation and therefore many potential sources of error, somebody would need more information to provide a definitive answer. Assuming you have a licence or trial licence, I would advise sending your model and question to the DesignBuilder support desk who are there to help customers.
