I'm modeling for the first time a datacenter on DesignBuilder

To make it right, I was thinking to separate the Hot Isles from the cold Isles which is going to be cooled by the CRACs.

What is your experience about this type of building? Are there any recommendations on how to correctly model it? Research papers?
