Why Output Site Outdoor Air Drybulb is not the same than Temperature of the epw file?

Hello, I hope someone could help me. I have a question: I have an epw file. In this file I can see the average temperature of each hour of my village. After doing my simulation, I visualise the variable: Output Site Outdoor Air Drybulb Temperature, and it's not the same than in my epw file. Could you explain that to me? Thank you! Idoya

I read the above article on DesignBuilder, and it seems to address minor incongruities between .epw files and output air drybulb temperature files, but I am noticing much more significant differences between my two weather files.

I am modeling a mid-rise apartment building in OpenStudio. The maximum annual temperature in the input epw is 42C, however the output outdoor air drybulb temperature file shows a maximum annual temperature of 24C. Any thoughts as to what could be driving this level of difference?
