A problem with inputting BSDF .idf from WINDOW to energy plus for Glz system

To report *BSDF IDF for all of the states of an electrochromic glazing system,* and in case of copying the( window material:glazing - window material: gas - window thermal model: params - construction : complex fenestration state) which in the BSDF.idf generated from WINDOW LBNL to my case study .idf file it shown like the picture what can I do input the four states of the Electrochromic glazing to my idf file to control them with EMS ?? is way is right or any one have another suggestions?
