Why is Heating:Electricity non zero

I'd like to understand what is consuming electricity, and being reported as Heating:Electricity in this model this is .osm saved as a .jpg WCPU-1.jpg

The output variable I am curious about is - in the Energy Plus Report image description In the OpenStudio Report this is shown in the chart image description

The HVAC system is water loop with Boiler and Cooling tower, serving WAHP (Electric backup) Zone equipment image description

I've turned off the electric heating coil 1. hard sized to zero 2. set schedule to Always Off (zeros) image description

Any answers or suggestions about why I have a non-zero Heating:Electricity variable would be helpful.

Should be the WAHP units running during heating. They have a high COP but do use electricity at the zone unit.
