I know that there has been a previous thread on this issue (What are the "best tools" for modeling data center cooling?) but this thread ended two years ago before EnergyPlus 8.3 added the ElectricEquipment:ITE:AirCooled object and the Implement new data center HVAC simulation model #4624. Has anyone been successful in using these objects to model a data center. Also, has anyone been able to model hot aisle cold aisle containment with E+? Any information is helpful.
