OpenStudio plug-in for Sketchup - Create spaces from a diagram

Hi. I'm running an Openstudio 1.12 plug-in with Sketchup2016. I'm trying to simulate a house energy consumption and I draw it in sketchup in 3D. Do I have to draw the walls with their respective thicknesses or is there a way to specify these instead of drawing them. Thanks.

I'd suggest watching some of the tutorial videos, such as this one, and see if that answers your question. Walls don't have thickness in energy plus as far as the geometry is concerned.

Thanks for the reply my friend. Interesting video tutorial. I have another question. Can we specify the wall thickness or is it taken as a standard value?

The thickness is derived from the materials that make up your constructions.
