PTHP w/ Cycling Fan?

Can anyone teach me how to build a PTHP with a cycling fan? The PTHP in the HVAC library is CV and doesn't allow a zero value in the schedule.

Change the fan type to Fan:OnOff and the fan operating mode schedule will allow 0's.

I did that in the hvac library file, but it caused open studio to crash. The model would no longer run.
