less outdoor air flow rate, increased gas consumption
hello, I have a 100% OA HVAC system. When I change the min OA flow rate to a small value and make maximum flow rate autosized in controller:outdoor air object, somehow I get increased gas consumptipn. I couldn't find a reason why its happening because with less OA, system should use more return air so there should be gas saving especially in winter months.

So you were hard sizing the maximum OA before?
Before minimum and maximum outdoor air flow rate were hard sized.
And you're certain it was above the ventilation requirement that you've specified?
correct. Somehow the coils do not operate properly.
