Electric equipment and HVAC system

Hi! I'm modeling my building using OpenStudio. I've having some problems with HVAC system and I'm trying to find de origin of the problem. When I set the Electric equipment "Design Level" to 10000W I obtain this simulation results for a winter week:

This results looks normal because when the interior temperature hits the heating setpoint the HVAC system starts to heat the building. In this simulation no cooling load is needed.

When I just change the Electric equipment "Design Level" to 30000W I obtain this simulation results:

By only changing the electric equipment from 10000 to 30000 the HVAC system starts to cool and heat the building in periods that the interior temperature is between the setpoints limits. I think this situations shouldn't happen and I'm trying to figure out what can be the problem. From your experience can you tell me what can be causing this problem?

The images in this question are in a hourly basis. Here are the results for the detailed simulation.

Thank you

It's been said multiple times on this very site already, but you should really output your variables at the HVAC System Timestep (timestep = Detailed) when you're dealing with HVAC-related matters. Here your reporting frequency appears to be hourly or something.
