I want to import components of materials direct from BCL web.
So, how can I to introduce the components in my OSM?
Is there some folder to paste the files downloaded from BCL web?

You best option for constructions and materials is to download them directly from within OpenStudio. This page shows you how to do this. The workflow is the same for measures, but unfortunately you can't currently directly access others BCL component types.
There is a work around for many objects. You can go to the file menu and load any OSM file as a library. This works for most model resources, but doesn't work for HVAC components, they have a separate library that isn't editable in thee GUI. For reference when you download BCL objects from the application they get stored in a database in a directory named "BCL" under your username. You generally don't want to mess with this, but if you ever want to throw away your components and start fresh you can throw this away, OpenStudio will make a new directory the next time you launch it.

About download the components directly from within OpenStudio, I do this in my home, but in my work the proxy or the firewall do not allow me to do so.
So, I need download the components from the BCL in the web. I already got the components using the LOAD. But in this way, I have to load each component.
Is there some way to paste all the components in a folder and all these go to OSM automatically?
In OpenStudio and PAT you can configure the proxy by going to Preferences->Configure Internet Proxy. Enter your proxy URL, port, and username/password. Check with your IT department on the configuration if you cannot find it on your computer. The username/password field is optional on some proxies.
