What is the best way to model mechanical ventilation without any air conditioning system, meaning it is only with fan and duct-work serving multiple zones. Can I use ZoneMixing model? Or AirflowNetwork?

Thanks. I have started implementing your suggestion. If I want to consider the air flow pattern, how can I input the information of air paths, using the Node-Branch Management?
If you mean the air flow pattern within the zone then there are some roomair models to help with this depending on the diffuser setup you have. But those models are not really connected to ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate (because fan powered mechanical ventilation is usually mixing the room's air). If you want to do roomair modeling you would use AirflowNetwork, or an air handling unit, and not the simple mechanical ventilation.
If you just mean how to duct the air into the zone, you don't need to do anything else besides have a ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate for each zone.
