Is Primary school a Residential building or Nonresidential?

Hi All, Sorry for my basic question, but I am in somehow confused.

Actually my case study is a primary school with two floors, And I would like to know that in Ashrae is it defined as a Residential building or Nonresidential?

You must consider Non residential building,
