I have some walls in the -1 floor and they are adjacent to the soil. What should I do in openstodio? I know that I can select them and use inspector. I wanted to know that Is there a simpler way to do this? Because I have many walls.

There is a measure on BCL that will Set Ext Wall to Ground Boundary Condition By Story. You can run this with "Apply Measures Now" in the OpenStudio application. If you haven't setup your model with stories there is a measure that will Assign Spaces to Stories as well. If you used "Create Spaces From 2d Floor Plan" tool in the SketchUp plugin to create your geometry, then it should already have spaces assigned to building stories.
