I am using OS 1.5 with E+ 8.1.0009. While running my model I am getting error of "possible incorrect IDD file". Is it any compatibility issue? I am also attaching the eplus error.

Based on the error message you've posted it's probably not a compatibility issue. Take a look at the AIR WALL construction that is mentioned just before the fatal error and make sure it has an outside layer assigned.
@sanket as Jamie suggested I think you will find the construction is the issue not the IDD, you may consider updating the title to reflect this.
When I get some spare time I want to start to build up a pre-flight measure that will find just this kind of thing prior to running a simulation. The measure won't fix this for you, but will give a log of issues like this, zones without surfaces, etc.
