Did you download the 32 bits or 64 bits version of OpenStudio?

32 bits version for openstudio and sketchup 2016

The error message indicates that it failed loading one of the later OpenStudio modules, normally it would fail on the first module so something is odd. Can you translate the error message to English for us?

The error in english is something like:

"Error loading OpenStudio SketchUp Plug-In: 127: Impossible to locate the specify procedure. - Init_openstudiomodelhvac C:/Program Files/OpenStudio 1.10.0/Ruby/openstudio/openstudiomodelhvac.so"

This is exactly the same problem and error I've been encountering so far! UPDATE 03/07/16: issue solved using version 1.10.4! My O.S.: Windows 7 Pro, Service Pack 1, OpenStudio: 1.10.0 (not working version) using 32 bit build, Energy Plus 8.4.

I would suggest downloading the installer and installing again. If the problem persists try the steps in this troubleshooting guide.

Update The 32 bit Windows installer for OpenStudio 1.10.0 is broken, the openstudiomodelhvac.so file is corrupt. I tested the 1.10.3 and 1.10.4 builds and these both worked for me (both the OpenStudio Application and SketchUp plug-in worked).

By installing OpenStudio 1.10.4 I ONLY managed to run the OpenStudio program. The OpenStudio plug-in for SketchUp is NOT working as before! Any suggestions?
