You have a window sub-surface (FENESTRATIONSURFACE:DETAILED) called SUB SURFACE 100 which does not have a construction or a master surface assigned to it. Perhaps it is not used in your model and you can safely remove it from your IDF file?
I suggest tracking down that object using the search button in SketchUp. If it's a window you want in your model assign a construction to it in OpenStudio through the Facility tab by navigating down through the spaces/zones to the surface/subsurface level. If it's not an window you want in the model then you can delete it in SU.

@RMAK, This is not any more specific than your last question. A large part of working through problems in EnergyPlus is learning to recognize what the errors are when it fails to run. Based on what is shown in the
*.err*file, you should be able to provide us with a more specific question.
