exporting gbxml model from sketchup openstudio

I'm trying to export a gbxml model from sketchup openstudio to designbuilder simulation program, but it keeps on exporting an empty file although the 3d model is built up in sketchup?? does anyone know the reason?? any help people?

Is the model in SketchUp something you have built up as an OpenStudio model? Generic SketchUp objects won't translate, only objects in OpenStudio spaces and zones.

it is an openstudio model not a sketchup one
