How to model Curtain Wall in OpenStudio?

I wanna model a Curtain wall facade with glazing and spandrels in openstudio. This is actually done by someone in following paper:

http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/... But I can not make it. Could you please help me with this issue?

I went through the paper. Drawing part is not described in detail. There is only the model and simulation results.

What issue are you have problems with specifically? It is common modeling practice to model curtain wall as a large window per floor and adjust the thermal and solar performance of the glass to include the framing. Spandrel glazing can just be modeled as a wall with the appropriate U-value due to the fact that it is painted and backed with insulation. Spandrel u-values can be found from this paper by the California Energy Commission

This is an example of curtain wall with spandrel glazing modeled in OS: image description

For modelling, I went through the same way but I was not sure when I added frame and divider to glazing part in EP. Since the spandrel part in my model is glass as well, I need to add framing area for it. In EP, it is assumed that all frame characteristics—such as width, are the same. Regarding this I have two questions: 1. Can I consider framing for the spandrel area? 2. If yes, the frame area in the intersection of glazing and spandrel will be doubled in the model???!
