Error while trying to access SketchUp make with OpenStudio plugin

Looks like you are on a windows machine.

What version of Windows are you using?
Also is it a non-US version of windows?
Lastly can you give me the name of the installer file if you still have it. Should look something like this "OpenStudio-1.10.0.0a4f158456-Win64.exe"

I am using Windows 10 Pro
- I am not sure whether i am using no-US version of windows? if this is mandatory then kindly let me know how can i find this?

We fixed a mac specific bug related to SketchUp 2016 and put a newer installer than what you have on our website and on GitHub. While the change should only impact mac users it is still worth a try for you to re-download the installer for 1.10.0 and install that one. If that doesn't fix your issue I'll investigate other causes.
