I am looking for the document that describes the various columns/data in the epw file. The link I have (http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/building...) is broken. Any idea where it had been moved to?
You can see in https://energyplus.net/documentation and download auxiliary programs .pdf .
Please have a look at This Document. This will explain how you can open an epw file into excel, from where you can easily find which column represents each weather parameter. You can also look at AuxiliaryPrograms document, which can be found in Documentation folder.
