WWHP Capabilities in OS

Does anyone know when water to water heat pumps will be supported by OpenStudio? Looking at the HVAC roadmap, I was hoping for it to be included in the 1.9 release, but no luck.

In the meantime does anyone have an idea of the most efficient way to get around this? I'd like to stay in OpenStudio in order to use the Parametric Analysis Tool, and adding water to water heat pumps in EnergyPlus text mode always leaves me with missing connections and errors. Any advice or comments are appreciated.

This was a mistake. We meant to have that in 1.9.0 but in the onslaught of new features I overlooked this. I'm working on it now, with expectation that it will be in the 1.9.3 iteration build and the 1.10.0 major release in December. I apologize for the inconvenience.
