How to Add Monthly Utility Bill to OS 1.9?
I would like to add a monthly electric utility charge to an OS 1.9 model. This is a $65 per month commercial electric utility charge in addition to all the dollar per kW demand charges and dollar per kWh rates. I do not see a way to do this using any of the tariff measures, or on the utility bIlls tab under the site section. Is there a way to do this? I'm thinking there might be a way under the utility bills tab, by creating an electric utility bill without any energy use or peak and entering the year total cost.

There are several previous questions about incorporating utility rates to an OSM.@MatthewSteen, yes I have read through the forum and did not see how to enter a monthly customer charge into OS. There are ways to do this by modifying the measures such as how the link below describes. I would like to know if there is a way to add a monthly charge into OS without having to edit any measures.
