Can I model faults with OpenStudio?

Are there measures for modeling common faults in a building? I haven't found any in the Building Component Library.

Yes! This repository is now available for modeling a number of common HVAC faults. The measures will likely be published to the BCL in the near future, but you can get them straight out of the repo now.
