Has anyone done a comprehensive analysis on the zone load and equipment sizing runs between Trace and Energyplus or have stories to share on the differences they may have found?

I am interested in knowing more about the impact of different calculation methods in the two software, different input parameters/methods that may cause differences and any other factor that can help the comparison easier between the results of the two software.
