Is it possible to use the Joules to kWh results conversion in OpenStudio?

In IDF editor it’s possible to select the option kWh instead of Joules for results.

Is it this feature available in OpenStudio?

Does the answer here help you with this one?

You can write a simple E+ measure that does this in OS. The issue with this is that if you do this, all of the OS output reports will not work, which is pretty annoying.

Yes the use of measures should be a way.

I can not find in BCL this measure (it will be great to have it).

Another way is to export the idf file and make changes using idf editor and run the simulation using E+ but is less convenient.

My suggestion is to include a way to do it directly in OpenStudio.

My point is that the measure in the answer I linked to is virtually what you need. The link seems to be dead though.

Please take note that use of this measure may interfere with other OpenStudio functionality, https://unmethours.com/question/748/h...
