Is there a way to make the CentralHeatPumpSystem with the ChillerHeaterPerformance:Electric:EIR work only in simultaneous cooling/heating mode (Mode 3). I've tried varying condenser loop capacity, using various plant equipment operation schemes, using the EMS manager to dispatch loads, etc., but never feel I can make it operate properly in simultaneous mode.
