Distance between two vertices < .01

I get Warning

** Warning ** GetVertices: Distance between two vertices < .01, possibly coincident. for Surface=0:BALC_5, in Zone=
** ~~~ ** Vertex [6]=(-9.31,6.06,3.15)
** ~~~ ** Vertex [1]=(-9.32,6.06,3.15)
** ~~~ ** Dropping Vertex [6].
  1. why? The distance is 0.01 and not smaller, so why do i get the Warning?
  2. What If I do not want it to drop Vertex. can I change setting?
  3. I read in the forum here that some people have this Warning and it stopped them from running simulation I loaded a 2 first floor of my model and got 9. Is there a limit?

************* EnergyPlus Warmup Error Summary. During Warmup: 0 Warning; 0 Severe Errors.
************* EnergyPlus Sizing Error Summary. During Sizing: 1 Warning; 0 Severe Errors.
************* EnergyPlus Completed Successfully-- 94 Warning; 9 Severe Errors; Elapsed Time=00hr 00min 10.36sec

Is it a Warning or is it Severe Errors???

I am attaching the idf file version 9.4 except of the "ZoneVentilation:DesignFlowRate" and the "GetSurfaceData" different from entered/calculated Floor Area. That i understand, I do not really understand the rest.

IDF file-v9.4

Please advise

What is the value of having vertices so close together?

@Julien Marrec I fixed it. Thank you

@JasonGlazer As it say in the question 0.01
