How to adapt outdoor temperature to size HVAC systems

Hi,

I'd like to change the outside temperature to see the difference in HVAC sizing between different temperatures. I tried changing the temperatures in the “design day” section but it didn't change anything. Can anyone help me?

Did you change the temperatures in the weather file (epw or design day, .ddy)? Or just in the idf?

I didn't change anything in the weather file but only in the design day section in OpenStudio
