Export your model to an idf file. Open it with IDF editor and, add a "Output:Diagnostic" object and set it to "DisplayExtraWarnings". Run the simulation and look at the ".err" file. It will tell you which surfaces are degenerates. Then, go back to Sketchup or to your ".osm" file and delete them.
