After realizing that Nevermind! I made some testing with my system and the issue is not Open Studio version was not causing the issue, more testing revealed that GBxml loader rejects the whole file if a space ID has a letter that 1.7.0. Have to be another reason because of why is not supported. For example, one of the spanish translations of restroom or bathroom is "baño". So space IDs in spanish shall avoid the use of letter "ñ" in space IDs. After removing "ñ" from a few spaces IDs, then I was able to load the file.loading.
