I ran your IDF and see that you have no severe errors, n large part because there is no HVAC contained in the model. As a result, the many warnings are for a variety of fuel meters that have been defined - but have no equipment which uses those fuels. Once you define a complete HVAC system, delete the inapplicable meters and those warnings should go away.
